Return of goods of proper quality
The procedure of returning the goods is regulated by the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated January 9, 2002 N 90-З “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
Perfume and cosmetic goods are included in the list of non-food goods of proper quality, not subject to exchange and return.
Return of goods of inadequate quality
Inadequate quality goods are goods with expired expiration date, damaged packaging, as well as defective goods.
The difference of design or decoration elements from the description stated on the Site is not a sign of improper quality.
If the Buyer has received goods of improper quality, he/she has the right to demand replacement with similar goods of the same brand or to demand a refund of the amount paid for the goods.

Terms of exchange of goods
Exchange of goods of improper quality shall be made for similar goods of proper quality.
The exchange of goods that did not correspond to the item in the order is made for goods that correspond to this item.
Delivery in this case shall be at the expense of the Seller.
Methods of refund
If the order was paid by bank card, the refund will be made to the same bank card from which the payment was made. The refund will be made to the bank payment card within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the “Application for Refund”. The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount. The refund procedure is regulated by the rules of international payment systems.
In case of other payment methods, the funds are credited by wire transfer to the client’s personal bank account.
