PRIME EXPERT Matt & sebum control makeup base perfectly prepares combination and oily skin for foundation application.
Makes the skin flawlessly matte, smooth and velvety. A special complex of ingredients absorbs excess sebum, eliminates greasy shine and regulates sebum production throughout the day.
At the same time, the product does not dry, tighten or emphasize the texture of the skin.
Thanks to the content of high-quality pigments of beige and peach color, the base corrects dull skin tone, evens out skin tone, hides signs of fatigue and gives the face a fresh and healthy look.
Effectively evens out the skin’s topography, smooths out enlarged pores and fine lines.
Provides a much lighter and more even application of foundation or powder.
Significantly prolongs the durability of facial makeup, prevents foundation from rolling off and clogging pores and wrinkles.
Can be used on its own or as a base for foundation.
Application : Apply the base to clean face skin, spread evenly.

Courier delivery
We offer free door-to-door delivery throughout Israel for orders over ₪ 250. For orders under ₪ 250, the shipping cost is ₪ 45. Delivery time is 20 business days from the date of order, excluding weekends and holidays.
After placing an order, our customer service will process the order. After packing, the parcel will be handed over to the courier company.
You will receive email or WhatsApp notifications with order status updates and parcel tracking number.
Please note that the tracking status may not change until the parcel is scanned at the hub. After scanning, you will receive an additional notification from the courier company with estimated delivery details.
