Effects on the body: Pine oil is a powerful antiseptic. Depending on the needs of the body, it has either a warming or refreshing effect. It has a good effect on the respiratory system, allowing you to breathe more freely, clearing sinuses. Activates blood circulation and due to the warming effect relieves the condition of patients with rheumatism. Relieving muscle pain, returns mobility to the limbs. Has a reputation as an effective remedy for male sexual problems, in particular impotence.

Effects on the mind: Beneficial in case of decline of strength, in a state of confusion and mental overstrain.

Method of application

Aromalamp: pour 2-6 spoons of warm water into the upper cup of the aromalamp, add 3-15 drops of pure or a mixture of essential oils (on average 1-2 drops per 3m² of room area), then place a lit candle in the lower cup. It is obligatory to use only alcohol-paraffin candles in a metal container. Duration of the session – 0,5-1,5 hours, 1-2 times a day, a course of up to 3 weeks. Aromatherapy procedure is most effective for correction of psycho-emotional state and general tone.

Aroma bath general: to 1-2 tablespoons of emulsifier (sea or table salt, cream, whey; or 1 tablespoon of honey, bath foam, soda, bran) add 3-7 drops of essential oil, dissolve in 500 ml of warm water, add this mixture to the water typed into the bath. The time of the procedure – from 5 to 20 minutes. In addition to preventive procedures – 1-2 times a week.

Steam baths for the face: in a wide bowl pour 0.5-1 liters of hot water (80-90 ° C), add 2-3 drops of essential oil, lean over the steam, cover your head with a towel (be sure to close your eyes) and calmly, without straining to inhale the aroma for 7-10 minutes.

Masks: add 1-2 drops of essential oil to 1 tablespoon of base (fat cosmetic oil, egg yolk, kefir, yogurt, plain yogurt or honey). Apply the resulting composition evenly on the skin, after 3-5 minutes wash with warm water acidified with lemon juice.

Washing: add 2-4 drops of essential oil to 1/3 teaspoon of emulsifier (salt, honey, whey) and dilute in 500 ml of warm water. Rinse the face (eyes closed), blot with a towel.

Hair care: to 1 tablespoon of vegetable base oil add 3-5 drops of essential oil, rub this mixture into the scalp or distribute throughout the hair, wrap the hair with a towel and leave for 1-1.5 hours, then rinse with shampoo.

Massage, anti-cellulite rubbing: 3-5 drops of essential oil mixed with 10-15 ml of vegetable oil base. Rub into problem skin areas for 5-10 minutes, then rinse with warm water.

Aromatic water for baths and saunas: add 5-10 drops of essential oil to 1-2 tablespoons of emulsifier (honey, sea salt, whey, cream), dissolve in 500 ml of water. In baths use 1-1.5 liters of aromatic water, which is poured on wooden shelves, wet steamed brooms and a small amount poured on the stove in the steam room. In the sauna use 200-300 ml of aromatic water, which in a wide-mouth ladle put on the sauna stove in the steam room, and 3-5 minutes before the exit you can splash 1-2 tablespoons on the stove, sprinkle wooden shelves and walls. Time of the procedure – 3-20 minutes (increase gradually), not more often than 1-2 times a week.

Enrichment of cosmetics: essential oils are used to enrich creams, masks, balms, lotions, shampoos. Creams are enriched at the rate of 15-20 drops of essential oil per 50 ml of neutral cream (meaning a cream with neutral pH balance, for example, baby cream). Shampoos are enriched with essential oils at the rate of 10-15 drops of oil per 100 ml of neutral shampoo (e.g. baby shampoo). Enrichment of hair masks and balms, face masks with oils has a good effect (1-2 drops of essential oil are enough, do not allow contact with eyes).
