Description
Lupchatka erectifolia (Kalgan) has been used for several centuries as a remedy for diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. In Russia, Kalgan was called mogyshchnik and whisperer and was believed to have not only useful but also supernatural powers.
This plant surpasses many modern drugs and antibiotics in its healing properties. Calgan root is a real treasure trove of chemicals that are simply necessary for our body. It contains resinous substances, organic acids, glycosides, glycosides, tannins, a mass of trace elements, essential oil, phlobaphene, macronutrients, starch, gum and flavonoids.
The resins have disinfectant, antibacterial, and immunomodulatory properties. Organic acids take an active part in metabolism, slow down putrefactive and fermentative processes occurring in the intestine, thereby contributing to regular emptying. Flavonides inhibit enzymes that destroy hyaluronic acid, without which the normal process of formation of cartilage tissue is impossible, while strengthening the walls of blood vessels and improving their elasticity. Essential oils contained in calganum, not only normalize the motor and secretory functions of the gastrointestinal tract, but also have bactericidal, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties.
Thanks to its unique chemical composition, Kalgan helps with headaches, migraines, helps strengthen the immune system and promotes early recovery from poisoning. In addition, according to Oriental medicine, regular use of calganum root normalizes digestive processes and accelerates metabolism.
Lupus erectus has anti-inflammatory, astringent, bactericidal and styptic action. Of particular importance is the astringent effect of lupus, which forms a protective film against bacteria, chemical and mechanical effects, accompanied by inflammation of tissues. Thanks to the effect of burdock, the capillaries of blood vessels and arteries become impermeable to toxic substances. Therefore, this plant is widely used for flatulence, enterocolitis, gastritis, gastric, intestinal and uterine bleeding, cystitis, dysentery and diarrhea.
Kalgan easily copes with bleeding gums, relieves sore throat and eliminates frequent sore throats. To prevent breath odor, the powder from the plant brushes teeth, mixing it with regular toothpaste.
Decoction from the roots of calgan in the form of lotions helps with frostbite, poorly healing wounds, burns, cracks on the skin, various skin fungi and hemorrhoids.
Thanks to the reception of calgana reduces swelling, reduces fluid accumulation in the abdominal area, normalizes the gastrointestinal tract, normalizes the content of bilirubin in the blood.
