Fortunately, there is one herb that has been used for liver health purposes for over 2,000 years – it’s milk thistle.

Milk thistle oil is rich in vitamins E and F. These vitamins protect the liver from free radicals that damage liver cells and impair liver function.

Free radicals change the structure of fatty acids that make up the cell membrane and the membranes of the cell’s organs – organelles. Such a damaged cell cannot perform its functions well, it quickly ‘wears out’ and ages. Free radicals also damage DNA, causing mutations that make the cell incapable of normal functioning and reproduction. The natural antioxidants in milk thistle oil can help prevent this problem and keep your liver healthy.

Thistle oil is recommended:
– when taking drugs to neutralize their adverse effects on the liver,
– in the complex therapy of maintaining the health of the liver and gallbladder,
– as a mild choleretic;
– to improve the condition of skin, hair and nails,
– to prevent dysfunctional liver disorders associated with adverse environmental conditions and poor diet.

Scope of application: recommended as a dietary food supplement additional source of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA).

Directions for use: adults and children over 14 years of age: 4 capsules of 300 mg 3 times a day, or 2 capsules of 750 mg 3 times a day, or 1 capsule of 1360 mg 3 times a day with meals.

The duration of intake is 1 month. If necessary, it can be repeated.

Contraindications: individual intolerance to the components.
