Delivery and payment

Our Belivria store partners with Israel Bar and other courier companies to deliver orders throughout Israel directly to your door from our warehouse.

Shipping is free for orders of ₪250 or more. For orders less than ₪250, the shipping cost is ₪45.

Your package will be delivered on average within 14-20 business days of ordering, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery is made once we have received your order and paid online. You can pay with VISA/Mastercard/Isracard/Apple Pay or Google Pay during checkout.

Once the order has been placed, our customer service team will process the order. Once the parcel is packed, it will be handed over to the courier company.

You can also pick up your package at one of HFD‘s drop-off points.

Please note that in order to receive your parcel at the delivery point, you will need to present one of your identity documents (debit/credit card, passport, driver’s license, customer account statement, bank/house community book or utility bill).

  • Bank card payments are made through the bePaid electronic payment system. The system’s payment page meets all data transmission security requirements (PCI DSS Level 1). All sensitive data is stored encrypted and is as tamper-resistant as possible.
  • If the goods were paid by card through the site, the refund is made to the card from which the payment was made, and the period of receipt of funds to the card – from 3 to 30 days from the date of refund by the Seller.

Return of goods of proper quality
  • The procedure of returning the goods is regulated by the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated January 9, 2002 N 90-З “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
  • Perfume and cosmetic goods are included in the list of non-food goods of proper quality, not subject to exchange and return.

Return of goods of improper quality
  • Improper quality goods are goods with expired shelf life, damaged packaging, as well as defective goods.
  • The difference of design or decoration elements from the description stated on the Site is not a sign of improper quality.
  • If the Buyer has received goods of improper quality, he/she has the right to demand replacement with similar goods of the same brand or to demand a refund of the amount paid for the goods.
  • Send us an email to [email protected], attach a photo of the item showing damage or expiration date, and include order numbers and your contact information.

Terms of exchange of goods
  • Exchange of goods of improper quality shall be made for similar goods of proper quality.
  • The exchange of goods that did not correspond to the item in the order is made for goods that correspond to this item.
  • Delivery in this case shall be at the expense of the Seller.
