Polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids (omega-3 PUFAs) are an essential element in the formation of cell membranes of tissues throughout the body. Omega-3 PUFAs are a group of substances, the main ones being: alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA).

Saturated and monounsaturated LCs are mostly animal fats. They come from food and are synthesized by the body.

Omega-6 are mostly vegetable fats. They come from food and can be synthesized by the body, with the exception of linoleic acid.

Omega-3 vegetable fats (ALA) and fish oils (DHA, EPA). They are mainly obtained from food (nuts, flaxseed oil, fatty fish).

In addition to participating in cell building, omega-3 PUFAs have a wide range of physiological effects, as they are the starting material for the formation of important eicosanoid signaling molecules. Eicosanoids exert control over physiological systems of the body by regulating inflammation, immune response and signaling in the nervous system.

Omega-3 PUFAs are essential for the normal functioning of the human body. However, modern man, as a rule, consumes food with a low content of omega-3 PUFAs. When there is insufficient intake of omega-3 PUFAs in the human body, the missing PUFAs are replaced by derivatives of other fatty acids. These changes can eventually lead to serious disorders in the immune system, internal organs, visual and reproductive functions, etc. Thus, sufficient intake of omega-3 PUFAs from food is an important condition for maintaining health.

Scope: recommended as a dietary food supplement additional source of polyunsaturated fatty acids omega-3 (eicosapentaenoic and docosahexaenoic acids).

Directions for use: Adults take 1-3 capsules a day with meals. Duration of intake 1 month. If necessary, the reception can be repeated.

Contraindications: individual intolerance to the components.

Composition:

Concentrate of omega-3 fatty acids, capsule shell (food gelatin, glycerin (moisture-retaining agent), water, sorbitol (moisture-retaining agent), flavoring ethylvaniline), tocopherol mixture (antioxidant).

The content of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids is at least 60%, including eicosapentaenoic acid C 20:5 at least 33%, docosahexaenoic acid C 22:6 at least 22%.
