Description

Kojic acid is a mild inhibitor of pigment formation in plant and animal tissues. It inhibits tyrosinase and is an effective skin bleaching agent, affecting the pathogenetic mechanisms of pigment spot formation. Recent evidence shows that kojic acid significantly reduces melanin synthesis. Unlike hydroquinone is not toxic, does not damage skin cells, “works” targeting melanocytes. As a bleaching agent it was first used and described in Japanese cosmetology. In the cosmetic industry, kojic acid is most widely used for skin lightening in the treatment of melanoderma. Its efficacy has been proven with the support of a number of clinical studies. It is a safe alternative to hydroquinone.

Lactic acid is a member of the group of AHA-acids (fruit acids), is found in the water-lipid mantle of the skin, improves the synthesis of new cells, activates blood microcirculation through the vessels, strengthens the immune defense of the epidermis, and at the same time does not irritate the skin, so that chemical peeling of the face with lactic acid does not cause pain or discomfort. It is also recommended for the prevention of photoaging, care of dehydrated and sensitive skin, as well as for the treatment of telangiectasias and melasma (hyperpigmentation of certain areas of the skin).

Citric acid is called one of the effective means for deep cleaning of the skin from impurities and dead particles of the epithelium. With the help of regular use of such peeling for the face you can solve the following cosmetic problems of the dermis:
